Chipman Paving Project "When the Dust Settles"

The long awaited project for the paving of all Village Streets commenced in late July and is almost near completion. The project is supported by two grant programs, the provincial Municipal Sustainability Initiative and the Building Canada Fund. The remainder of the project has been financed through debenture borrowing.

Everyone’s patience was tested during construction as residents coped with the inconvenience of limited access to their driveways and as well as street closures. At this time, Council would like to thank Chipman residents for their patience throughout this lengthy construction period.
